Delivery Charges

Delivery charges for our products begin at £9.99 and may vary depending on the items you purchase. You can view the total delivery charge on the “Checkout” page after adding the items to your cart.

Convenient Delivery Options

We utilise reputable courier companies, including FedEx, Tuffnells, and Royal Mail, to deliver all UK orders. In most cases, orders are delivered within 3 working days, although delivery times may be longer during busy periods or holidays. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, and you can track the delivery status of your order in the “My Account” section.

Next-Day Delivery

We understand that there may be times when you need your order delivered quickly. If this is the case, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss the possibility of next-day delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

International, Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

We can ship orders to international destinations, as well as the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands. Please contact us for a delivery quote prior to placing your order. There may be some restrictions on shipping certain items due to their size or weight.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact us.

Order Issues

If there has been a mistake with your order, if your items have been damaged in transit, or for any other order-related inquiries, please call our customer service team at number 0116 246 0646. We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies within 7 days.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

For larger items, delivery charges may not be calculated until after your order is complete. In this case, you will have the opportunity to review the delivery charges and cancel your order if you are not satisfied.

Please note that there may be a surcharge for delivery to certain postcodes or areas. If this applies to your order, we will inform you and you will have the option to cancel your order if you choose.

If your order includes items that are currently out of stock, we may hold all items and ship them together when available.

All delivery time estimates are subject to change, and while our courier partners make every effort to deliver within the estimated time frame, there may be occasional delays. We do not accept liability for late deliveries.

In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, there may be an additional charge for redelivery.

Please note that all orders are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis, and international and offshore customers may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, fees, levies, or customs charges. Customers should verify these details before placing an order for international delivery.
