Channel Nuts

Introducing Zebs, more commonly known as channel nuts, these one-piece, self-locking marvels are reminiscent of the beloved Magic Roundabout character Zebedee. Designed with a narrow rectangular base featuring grooves and small gripping teeth, these nuts come in three variants: no spring, long spring for 41mm x 41mm channels and short spring for 21mm deep channels. The long spring version is particularly adept at securing screws in framing channels, cable management conduits, and ducting systems, forming an integral part of channel/strut support systems. With a threaded hole at the centre and tapped hole in plain channel nuts, these innovative solutions ensure a secure grip on screws, preventing loosening caused by vibrations.
