- Excellent suitability and shade for touching up hot-dip galvanised parts on construction sites or in workshops
- The binder, in combination with the metallic zinc and aluminium pigment, guarantees good corrosion protection even in aggressive atmospheres. With suitability test as per DIN EN ISO 1461.
- Good adhesion to iron and zinc surfaces
- Contains over 90% zinc in the dry film
- Temperature resistant to 300°
- Can be painted over easily
- Light colour shade, dust dry (approx. 10min), dry to touch (approx. 30min)

Advice
- The corrosion protection achievable is greatly dependent on good pre-treatment of the surface. The metallic surface should be as clean as possible, according to EN ISO 8501. Any substances that could impair the adhesion to the surface should be removed. The surface must be dry and free from dust or grease. Thoroughly shake can until mixing balls are clearly audible. Clean the parts being worked on and spray several times from a distance of 15 to 20 cm. Take brief pauses between individual spray processes for intermediate drying. Users should always conduct tests before using the products. In conformity with EN ISO 1461, the layer thickness of the touch-up area should be 30 micrometres thicker than the locally encountered thickness of the hot-dip galvanisation.

Easy & Convenient Delivery
All UK orders are sent out by DPD, Tuffnells or Royal Mail and should reach you within 3 working days. Some deliveries might take longer during holidays and busy periods.
When your order is dispatched we will let you know via email. You can track the status of your delivery via the My Account section.
Next Day Delivery
We understand that sometimes you need your order in a hurry, so please contact us prior to ordering regarding next day delivery and we will do our best to arrange this.
International, Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
We are able to ship orders internationally, to Scottish Highlands or off-shore. Please contact us first for a delivery quote. Unfortunately, there are a small number of items which we cannot ship internationally, due to their size or weight.
