Bends with Seal

Duct bends are used to change direction in spiral or galvanised steel ductwork while maintaining smooth airflow and system efficiency, making them essential components in commercial, industrial and residential ventilation layouts. Our Bends with Seal are manufactured from corrosion-resistant galvanised steel to HVAC DW144 and are suitable for high, medium and low-pressure systems, with a ½D throat radius for efficient airflow and angles of 90°, 60°, 45°, 30° and 15°. Bends up to 224 mm are pressed, while larger diameters are fabricated in segments for accuracy and strength. The integrated EPDM double-lip seal provides an airtight push-fit connection without mastic, retaining elasticity, resisting ageing and reducing air leakage for improved energy efficiency, pressure performance and installation reliability.
