Flanged Spigots with Seal are used to connect spiral or galvanised steel ductwork to air handling units, fans, plenums or other flanged equipment, providing a secure mechanical fixing while maintaining smooth airflow, balanced pressure and system efficiency across commercial, industrial and residential ventilation layouts. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant galvanised steel to HVAC DW144, they are suitable for high, medium and low-pressure systems and offer a reliable interface between circular ducting and flanged components. Each spigot incorporates an EPDM double-lip seal that forms an airtight joint without mastic — retaining elasticity, resisting ageing and reducing leakage for improved energy efficiency, pressure performance and long-term installation reliability.
