End Caps with Seal
End Caps with Seal are used to close off open ends of spiral or galvanised steel ductwork, preventing air loss, dirt ingress and moisture penetration while maintaining overall system efficiency in commercial, industrial and residential ventilation layouts. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant galvanised steel to HVAC DW144, they are suitable for high, medium and low-pressure systems and provide a simple way to terminate unused duct runs. Each end cap incorporates an EPDM double-lip seal that forms an airtight joint without mastic — retaining elasticity, resisting ageing and reducing leakage for improved energy efficiency, pressure performance and long-term installation reliability.
