Flat Shoes with Seal are used to transition from circular ductwork to a flat-entry connection, helping direct airflow into grilles, diffusers or confined spaces while maintaining balanced pressure, smooth distribution and overall system efficiency in commercial, industrial and residential ventilation layouts. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant galvanised steel to HVAC DW144, they are suitable for high, medium and low-pressure systems and provide a compact solution where space or installation height is limited. Each flat shoe incorporates an EPDM double-lip seal that forms an airtight joint without mastic — retaining elasticity, resisting ageing and reducing leakage for improved energy efficiency, pressure performance and long-term installation reliability.
