Pressed Saddles with Seal
Pressed Saddles with Seal are used to create branch take-offs from main duct runs, allowing airflow to be diverted into secondary ducts while maintaining balanced pressure, smooth distribution and overall system efficiency in commercial, industrial and residential ventilation layouts. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant galvanised steel to HVAC DW144, they are suitable for high, medium and low-pressure systems and provide a compact, reliable alternative to full tee pieces. Each saddle incorporates an EPDM double-lip seal that forms an airtight joint without mastic — retaining elasticity, resisting ageing and reducing leakage for improved energy efficiency, pressure performance and long-term installation reliability.
