The Flat Oval 90° Mitred Easy Bend is a precision-engineered duct fitting designed to create a compact 90° change of direction in flat oval duct systems. Its mitred construction uses angled sections to form a sharp, aerodynamic turn along the narrower height of the duct profile, providing a low-profile solution for tight vertical rises and shallow ceiling voids. Unlike a hard bend, which turns along the wider dimension, the easy bend maintains a minimal duct height while delivering efficient airflow through sharp transitions. Ideal for overhead routing, confined spaces, and complex ventilation layouts where maximising space efficiency is essential.
- Fabricated from premium hot-dip galvanised steel for great structural rigidity and long-term corrosion resistance
- Features a "slip-fit" design for easy insertion into flat oval ducting, secured with standard self-tapping screws or pressure-proof pop rivets
- Apart from stiffening requirements, flat oval ducts follow the same construction standards across all pressure ranges defined in DW144
- In some cases, additional stiffening is required in the form of tie bars which are fitted in line with DW144

Easy & Convenient Delivery
All UK orders are sent out by DPD, Tuffnells or Royal Mail and should reach you within 3 working days. Some
deliveries might take longer during holidays and busy periods.
When your order is dispatched we will let you know via email. You can track the status of your delivery via the My Account section.
Next Day Delivery
We understand that sometimes you need your order in a hurry, so please contact us prior to ordering regarding
next day delivery and we will do our best to arrange this.
International, Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
We are able to ship orders internationally, to Scottish Highlands or off-shore. Please contact us first for a
delivery quote. Unfortunately, there are a small number of items which we cannot ship internationally, due to
their size or weight.
