The Flat Oval 90° Mitred Hard Bend is a rigid, precision-fabricated duct fitting designed to create a compact 90° horizontal change in direction within flat oval duct systems. Its sharp, mitred geometry allows the duct to turn along the wider dimension, enabling lateral routing in tight ceiling voids where horizontal space is limited and traditional radius elbows cannot fit. Unlike an easy bend, which turns along the shorter height for vertical transitions, the hard bend provides the most space-efficient horizontal turn, making it ideal for installations where space is extremely restricted.
- Fabricated from premium hot-dip galvanised steel for great structural rigidity and long-term corrosion resistance
- Features a "slip-fit" design for easy insertion into flat oval ducting, secured with standard self-tapping screws or pressure-proof pop rivets
- Apart from stiffening requirements, flat oval ducts follow the same construction standards across all pressure ranges defined in DW144
- In some cases, additional stiffening is required in the form of tie bars which are fitted in line with DW144

Easy & Convenient Delivery
All UK orders are sent out by DPD, Tuffnells or Royal Mail and should reach you within 3 working days. Some
deliveries might take longer during holidays and busy periods.
When your order is dispatched we will let you know via email. You can track the status of your delivery via the My Account section.
Next Day Delivery
We understand that sometimes you need your order in a hurry, so please contact us prior to ordering regarding
next day delivery and we will do our best to arrange this.
International, Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
We are able to ship orders internationally, to Scottish Highlands or off-shore. Please contact us first for a
delivery quote. Unfortunately, there are a small number of items which we cannot ship internationally, due to
their size or weight.
